This policy explains your rights to cancel or request a refund for services, digital products, and training purchased from Garek 10™.
Garek 10™ provides consultancy services, digital frameworks, templates, and training to both businesses and individual customers.
Your rights may vary depending on whether you are purchasing as a consumer or as a business.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason.
This applies to:
Consultancy services booked online
Training purchased online
Digital products not yet accessed or downloaded
If you ask us to begin work within the 14-day cooling-off period:
You must give express consent for work to begin.
If you cancel after work has started, you must pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
No refund will be given for work already carried out.
If you purchase a digital product (such as a framework, template, or download):
Your 14-day cancellation right ends once:
The download or access has started, and
You have agreed to this at the time of purchase.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be provided.
If you are purchasing as a business, the cooling-off rights under consumer law do not apply.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms below and any specific agreement or proposal issued to you.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits secure time, planning, and preparation work.
Where a deposit is required to secure a project or booking:
If a client cancels a confirmed project:
More than 14 days before start date:
Any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded.
7–14 days before start date:
Up to 50% of the total project fee may be retained.
Less than 7 days before start date:
Up to 100% of the project fee may be retained.
Specific cancellation terms may be stated in your proposal or contract.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun:
The client must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any unused portion of prepaid fees may be refunded at Garek 10’s discretion.
More than 14 days before the event: full refund.
7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the event: no refund.
You may transfer your place to another attendee at no extra cost if you notify us before the event.
If we need to cancel or reschedule:
You will be offered a full refund, or
The option to transfer to a new date.
Unless required by law:
All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical issues, we will provide reasonable support to resolve the problem.
